The position is open to candidates in their 2nd to 4th year class, with opportunities available in either the Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
The firm's esteemed Labor, Employment & OSHA Practice Group seeks an intelligent, self-driven attorney to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting major national employers. Candidates should exhibit strong research skills and have experience in employment advice and counseling, drafting workplace policies and employment-related agreements, and handling litigation matters such as restrictive covenant disputes, single-plaintiff claims, and class actions. Experience in traditional labor is an added advantage.
The position offers a good-faith base salary range of $225,000 to $275,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, bar admissions, and qualifications. Additionally, the firm offers a comprehensive bonus program, including productivity, business development, and merit-based incentives.
